This book represents the result of several Hungarian and international research projects that have been awarded to the co-authors individually or collectively. Its primary aim is to provide a collection of studies to introduce and give a comprehensive overview on political communication and consultation in the global public space. It was designed to be suitable for a large audience but with special attention to students majoring in a variety of fields including journalism, political sociology, public administration in different institutional settings. The authors hope that book will be able to accomplish this purpose.
